2011 Scion tC Manual ? Short Take Road Test

Scion?s two-door is perfect for learning to drive a manual?but little else. What Is It? It?s the cheapest version of the most mundane Scion. Opting for the manual instead of settling for the automatic saves you $1000. While the tC was redesigned for 2011, it takes a real Scion fan (um, anybody? Hello?) to tell [...]

Webber: Vettel was out of reach

Mark Webber says second place in the Turkish Grand Prix was the maximum he could have hoped for, conceding team-mate Sebastian Vettel is on top of his game right now. The Australian finished over eight seconds behind Vettel, who went on to score his third victory in four races, from which he had always started from pole. Webber admitted he could have had a better shot had Nico Rosberg not passed him at the start, but he conceded second was the best possible result

FIA ?not involved? in News Corp talks

FIA president Jean Todt says there is little point in the governing body getting involved in discussions about the future ownership of Formula 1 - despite suggesting it was 'strange' that News Corporation and the Exor Group announced their interest so publicly. After a surge of speculation about the future path of grand prix racing in the wake of Exor announcing a tie-up with News Corp to discuss future possibilities in F1, Todt has reiterated that the FIA is purely a regulator - so does not meddle with the commercial exploitation of grand prix racing. "As you know the FIA is the regulator of the sport, so it is not involved with commercial matters," he said in Turkey.

2011 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor SuperCrew ? Short Take Road Test

It?s all fun and games until someone cracks a rib. It was out in a scabrous field in southeast Michigan immediately following a Detroit Lions game in the early ?80s (a loss, naturally) when I became intimately acquainted with the roll bar of a Jeep CJ-7 Golden Eagle that my father was driving entirely too [...]

Kovalainen pins hopes on Spain upgrade

Heikki Kovalainen is hopeful the upgrade to be introduced by Lotus in the next race will help the team get into Q2, after just missing out in Turkey on Saturday. Kovalainen qualified in 18th position, around half a second behind his closest rival and less than two seconds off the fastest time in Q1. With the team introducing a significant upgrade package in Spain in two weeks, Kovalainen is hoping Lotus will be able to reduce the gap even more then.
